How Daily Practice Works

Daily Check-In: Visit once per day. Build streaks. 5 XP per day + bonus PERP every 3 days.

Rune Touch: Click the ∞ symbol once per 24 hours. 10 XP + 5 PERP instantly.

Reflection: Answer 3 questions (10+ words). Once per day. 15 XP + 10 PERP.

Total Daily Potential: 30 XP + 15 PERP minimum (more with streaks)
